You will have exposure to working with a wide range of accounts while having the opportunity to build key relationships within the industry.

Role & Responsibilities

Track all orders & monitor inventory
Follow up with production to ensure on time deliveries
Assist in scheduling market appointments and keeping updates on a shared calendar
Organize all product samples for sales
Maintain and merchandise the showroom according to seasonal changes
Prepare and send line sheets with appropriate costing to buyers
Maintain order data in back office software
Pont person for the warehouse and back office
Communicate with buyers
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss accounts and overall business opportunities

Qualification & Skill Requirements

Proactive & selfmotivated
Ability to communicate on a corporate level with Buyers of our retail partners
Must have knowledge of the Manufacturing/Wholesale business
Experience with TJX and other off price retailers is huge plus
Proficiency in Excel and Power Point
Developed math skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent social skills
Preferred Skills: MS Excel, Word & Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Experience working with Coreforce/Envision or Retail Link is a huge plus._
Additional Notes: Must demonstrate outstanding written communication skills and the ability to adapt & multitask in a fastpaced environment._

Pay:
$55, $70,000.00 per hour
