The team of our social pedagogical learning support currently consists of seven employees and currently supports 20 children and adolescents in both academic and personal matters.

We offer social pedagogical learning support to help children and adolescents overcome individual learning obstacles and develop their abilities for independent learning.

Additionally, we support them in addressing learning deficits and promote their participation in social life. Our goal is to ensure individual social and academic support and development.

As a learning support worker, you will assist students in overcoming learning difficulties and behavioral problems. Your task is to build a trusting working relationship and accompany them on their path to independent learning.


Your tasks:


  • Accompanying care plan and crisis meetings
  • Cooperating with the responsible youth welfare offices
  • Supporting students with learning and behavioral problems
  • Developing individual learning plans and pedagogical measures
  • Collaboration with teachers and parents to promote academic success
  • Documenting learning progress and pedagogical measures

Your profile:


  • Student (from the 2nd semester) of social work, educational sciences, or a comparable pedagogical degree program
