Tasks

As a freelance trainer for WBS TRAINING, you represent your field of expertise with passion and foresight. In your role as a trainer, the goal of developing the participants' competencies is paramount. In your lesson planning, you see yourself as both a provider of input and a support in the role of a learning companion in Learning 4.0.

This includes:

Subject-specific teaching from your home office in the WBS LearnSpace 3D

Application of various teaching methods for lesson planning

Preparation and design of lesson-related learning materials according to the curriculum

Conducting competency growth measurements

Excellent knowledge of your teaching language German (C2 language
