Description
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee projects related to Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems.
Coordinate with clients, architects, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project execution.
Review and analyze project requirements and design specifications.
Provide technical expertise and support in the selection and procurement of ACMV equipment and systems.
Create detailed design drawings using AutoCAD software.
Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements and safety regulations.
Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors for installation, commissioning, and testing of ACMV systems.
Prepare project documentation and reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
in Engineering or related field.
Experience in project engineering, preferably in ACMV systems.
Proficient in AutoCAD software.
Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations related to ACMV systems.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
