- Participate in HC team, operational and project meetings as requested
- Assist with HCM transition including data clean up and new system build out
- Assist with electronic file cleanup
- Assist in the creation of a manual that documents procedures within the HC department
- Participate in daily activities such as processing mail and reviewing and assigning tickets in Happy Fox
- Develop a list of team building activities to be used across the organization
- Research cost efficient options to celebrate individual colleague birthdays
- Assist with the credentials tracking project
- Collaborate with TA team to help drive the summer internship experience
- Contribute to the success of the Cerity Partners University program
- Research brand awareness and help develop employment marketing plan
- Aid in the development of a National Recruiting Plan for colleges and universities
- Team player who leaves their ego at the door and welcomes feedback with the goal of continuous improvement
- Detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills, professional presentation, and organizational skills
- Attitude that no task is to small and willingness to do whatever tasks necessary to make sure that the work is done on time.
