Lead through our DNA - Operations Management

Fully understand our Company Purpose, Promise, Core values, Core Principals, Core
Character Traits and implement them into every shift. Assess areas of opportunity and recommend solutions or develop plans to address restaurant or Team Member issues
Maintain a "fun", "positive", and "get better" Culture / atmosphere free of intimidation, discrimination, harassment, or poor attitude.
Lead follow up on all performance plans delivered

Lead using our current systems - Business Management

Ensure completion of all restaurant operational checklists
Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety and labor requirements of the restaurant, employees and guests.
Ensure that all products are received in correct unit count and condition and deliveries are performed in accordance with the restaurant's receiving policies and procedures.

Lead next to your team - People Management

Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.
Uphold standards of cleanliness per Health Code and periodic Quality Assurance checks.
Adhere to & memorize all recipes, specs and expiration dates of food and beverage.
Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the restaurant's preventative maintenance programs.
Dress and act according to our "image" standards each day to set a good example for all employees.
Proactively recruit team members CONSTANTLY that meet or exceed Craft Pies "Great"
