Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative / Marketing Assistant with a robust background in business operations within a professional service business.

This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a proactive approach, and a deep understanding of customer service, digital tools and social media to support our business's daily operations and marketing efforts.


In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your expertise and progress towards the position of Vice President of Operations within 2-3 years, where you will be expected to lead and manage a diverse team, demonstrating significant growth and leadership within the company.


Administrative / Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:


  • Manage scheduling for services and staff.
  • Return phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain and coordinate the owner's schedule.
  • Develop and execute content ideas for social media platforms.
  • Create engaging images and videos for social media posts.
  • Utilize AI writing tools to create and post blog articles on our website.
  • Track daily income and expenses.
  • Assist in monitoring weekly profit and loss.
  • Engage with clients and prospects to ensure a high level of service and satisfaction.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business environment, preferably in a professional organization or residential service business
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital design tools and technologies.
  • Experience with social media management and content creation.
  • Ability to use AI tools for content creation and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain maintenance schedule for company vehicles
  • Basic knowledge of grills, grilling, and barbecue techniques, or willingness to learn.
  • Must be a gogetter with a 'YES' attitude and a friendly, winning personality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling sensitive financial and scheduling information.
  • Proven track record of being a team player as well as working independently.
