Responsibilities:
***- Oversee the design, layout, and formatting of print and digital creative assets for placement.
- Conceptualize and create video content for online placement.
- Collaborate with Brand Partners to ensure guidelines are met and up to date imagery is represented on collateral.
- Ensure processes are met for validating the accuracy of all creative assets, including:
- Copy proofing
- Imagery standards
- Logos, approved fonts, and color palette standards
- Design themes
- Collaborate with marketing team and external stakeholders on project outlines, creative asset development and campaign direction.
- Drive creative direction, including assets for all media placement: digital, social, television, face to face marketing, retail, etc.
- Recommend ideas for improvement of the creative content.
- Traffic ads to media partners for placement.
- Conduct photo shoots for before and after photos, maintaining an everfresh directory of before and after imagery for website placement and partner use.
- Create and maintain sales presentations.
- Maintain printing portal with update inventory.
- Manage print production, seeking out vendor quotes and following the print purchase SOPs.
- Create, maintain and monitor sign off/releases of creative assets to ensure all imagery is used in accordance with ownership standards.
- Research and provide creative direction on owned digital properties, ensuring that 'looking and feel' of online experiences are best in class.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the relationship between creative and lead generation performance and make recommendations on change to drive lead generation goals.
- Interface with vendors on creative requirements to ideate and fulfill lead generating assets.
- Work with the team to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and video creation.
- Manage print sourcing, evaluating vendors for best possible pricing and quality and ensuring competitive bids on all sourced marketing materials.
- Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up to date with the latest creative techniques.
- Collaborate with management in resolving issues by collectively coming up with solutions to resolve issues, respond to questions in a timely and professional manner.
- Hire, train and meet one on one with direct reports to for continued development.
- Maintain technical knowledge of hardware and software needed to produce creative assets.
- Manage creative equipment, cameras, sound, lighting.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 34 years in a creative graphic design role.
- 12 years managing a direct report/designer.
- Expert level experience with the below software:
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Indesign
- Final Cut Pro
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office 365 (including Powerpoint).
- Experience with Wordpress, HTML, Airtable, Ingage is a plus.
- Catalog work background is preferred
- Demonstrated portfolio of print, photography, video and other creative asset development.
- Extreme attention to detail
- Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding deadlines in a facepaced, high volume production environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
