- We are seeking dependable **Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)** to attend to individuals with injuries and illnesses with professionalism and compassion.
- Openings available for both full-time and part-time LPNs.
- LPNs will operate under the guidance of registered nurses or physicians.
- Accurately document patients' medical histories.
- Record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate.
- Monitor patient progress and medication side effects.
- Observe and document patient conditions including fluid intake/output.
- Assist patients with daily activities such as eating and bathing.
- Administer medications and injections, dress wounds, and provide basic medical care.
- Prepare samples for laboratory testing.
- Offer emotional and psychological support as needed.
- Communicate with patients' families to provide guidance and comfort.
- Prior experience as an LPN or equivalent.
- Capability to handle a range of care duties and collaborate in a diverse team environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare safety standards and procedures.
- Understanding of confidentiality practices and nursing protocols.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and MS Office.
- Sound physical health and endurance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Compassionate and adept at managing stress.
- Completion of an accredited LPN program is essential.
