For our Johanniter childcare center "BamBIOni" in Regensburg, we are looking for you as Manager (m/f/d) in full-time starting immediately.

Your tasks:

pedagogical and organizational management of the facility, taking into account the profile of the facility and available resources
innovative and collaborative work with parents as well as public relations
team leadership and scheduling
planning of further training and team building measures
ensuring a smooth organizational process (daily routine) and staffing
planning the occupancy of the childcare facility
further development of the pedagogical concept in accordance with the association's mission statement
creation of offers and implementation of joint events for parents, children, and educators
collaboration with the pedagogical quality management
