Public Works Engineer Position at XYZ Company

This is a challenging role for a Public Works Engineer where you'll be responsible for managing diverse project elements such as grant acquisition, financial oversight, team coordination, and construction supervision. Your role will involve providing guidance to colleagues across the organization and ensuring the highest professional standards are met to uphold the Tribe's positive reputation.

Manage complex civil engineering projects from inception to completion
Make informed decisions based on civil engineering principles and local requirements
Conduct quality reviews to ensure the accuracy of project deliverables
Engage with clients and stakeholders in formal and informal settings
Collaborate daily with internal and external stakeholders

To excel in this position, you must demonstrate expertise in various areas and perform essential job functions effectively. The ideal candidate should possess the following:

Knowledge of:

Capital improvement projects and civil engineering design practices
Contract administration and project management principles
Construction materials and modern engineering techniques
Legal requirements for public works engineering
Grant application processes

Skill in:

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations
