What You'll Do:

As a Claims Representative, Bodily Injury, you'll play a crucial role in our claims team, managing a diverse queue of automobile bodily injury losses

Your responsibilities will include:

Investigating motor vehicle accidents to determine coverage and liability across various severity levels, including uninsured and underinsured motorist claims.
Conducting thorough interviews with customers, claimants, and witnesses to gather crucial information about each loss.
Maintaining accurate reserves and ensuring timely reserve adjustments to facilitate efficient claims processing.
Managing loss adjustment expenses diligently, adhering to best practices and litigation management guidelines.
Collaborating effectively with stakeholders such as policyholders, agents, underwriters, reinsurers, and claims management to ensure optimal outcomes.
Retaining expert vendors when necessary to enhance the investigation and evaluation of claims.
Demonstrating exceptional problemsolving, negotiation, organizational, and prioritization skills in every aspect of claims handling.

What We're Looking For:

To excel in this role, you'll need:

A college degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
A minimum of three years of auto claims handling experience, with an adjuster's license preferred.
Insurance designations such as CPCU, AIC, or SCLA are considered a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Litigation experience is preferred but not required.
