As a Health Integration Advisor (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the reintegration process of long-term sick employees as part of the Company Integration Management (BEM).

You will work together with the sick employee to develop measures for reintegration and support and supervise them during the process.

In addition, you will coordinate with various authorities, consult with the responsible managers and ensure the documentation of the cases you are responsible for.


Responsibilities:


  • Reintegration and independent support of longterm sick employees
  • Creation of individual and effective action plans
  • Conducting confidential conversations with individual employees
  • Coordination with internal departments (especially operations teams, works council, HR, safety)
  • Process monitoring and support of individual reintegration cases
  • Legally compliant documentation and management of individual reintegration cases
  • As needed, coordination and involvement of external service providers to support reintegration cases
  • Leading individual reintegration teams
  • Independent handling of projects arising from work in the BEM
Organizational skills

  • Teamwork
  • Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
  • Good English language skills in spoken and written form
