Job Requirements and Preferences:

Minimum Degree Required:

Minimum Years of Experience:
6 years

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrates extensive level of success in managing and addressing client needs, particularly in:
  • Configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors/HCM solutions;
  • Overseeing end-to-end implementations of SAP Employee Central Payroll;
  • Exhibiting functional and technical expertise in Employee Central Payroll and other SuccessFactors solutions;
  • Possessing in-depth knowledge of Employee Central;
  • Having a successful track record in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions;
  • Providing specialized product knowledge and implementation support to clients;
  • Offering consulting expertise and individual/team leadership;
  • Managing project work streams, identifying and addressing issues;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and business analysis;
  • Providing advice on configuration, documentation, and business strategies;
  • Engaging actively in client interactions and discussions;
  • Communicating a broad range of Firm services;
  • Preparing accurate project documents and managing project economics;
  • Maintaining a positive team environment and providing meaningful feedback;
