Job Requirements and Preferences:

Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrates extensive level of success in managing and addressing client needs, particularly in:

Configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors/HCM solutions;
Overseeing end-to-end implementations of SAP Employee Central Payroll;
Exhibiting functional and technical expertise in Employee Central Payroll and other SuccessFactors solutions;
Possessing in-depth knowledge of Employee Central;
Having a successful track record in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions;
Providing specialized product knowledge and implementation support to clients;
Offering consulting expertise and individual/team leadership;
Managing project work streams, identifying and addressing issues;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and business analysis;
Providing advice on configuration, documentation, and business strategies;
Engaging actively in client interactions and discussions;
Communicating a broad range of Firm services;
Preparing accurate project documents and managing project economics;
Maintaining a positive team environment and providing meaningful feedback;
