We are looking for you to join our team at our location in Gilching near Munich (hybrid):

Project Manager (m/f/d) for Corporate Sales (M&A)

Oakstreet Munich supports medium-sized entrepreneurs in their corporate sales or purchases. With our regional partners, we have over 20 years of successful corporate successions in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. This is what we stand for: Transparent and fair corporate successions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Accompanying medium-sized entrepreneurs until successful completion
  • Leading and managing the transaction process
  • Direct communication with all project participants (e.g. tax advisors, potential buyers)
  • Conducting negotiations and video conferences
  • Coordination of due diligence
  • Consulting and support for financing
  • Analysis of financial data of medium-sized companies
  • Acquisition of further sales mandates

You should bring the following qualifications:

  • Enjoyment of honest advice for medium-sized entrepreneurs
  • Experience in leading and conducting corporate transactions
  • Structured way of working and thinking, negotiation skills, solution orientation
  • Experience in working with medium-sized entrepreneurs, e.g. as a corporate
