Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute the company's sales and brand promotion strategy to achieve overall business objectives and expand market share.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring the successful attainment of sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Supervise and guide various sales and brand promotion teams, including telephone sales, online sales, and new media marketing.
  • Collaborate with the senior management team to participate in company strategic planning, budgeting, and goalsetting.
  • Provide robust support for sales and brand promotion strategies by analyzing market trends, competitor dynamics, customer demands, and more.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry associations to enhance the company's industry influence.
  • Take charge of shaping and maintaining the company's brand image, ensuring high market recognition and competitiveness.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of sales and brand promotion activities, optimizing strategies and initiatives for efficient resource utilization. Including
  • Conduct training and development programs for the sales and brand promotion team to enhance team performance and individual capabilities.
  • Evaluate and implement new sales and promotion tools, channels, and technologies to enhance the company's market expansion capabilities.
  • Ensure all sales and promotion activities comply with legal regulations and industry ethical standards.
  • Regularly report sales and brand promotion progress, performance, and market feedback to top management while providing improvement recommendations.

MUST HAVE

  • Business Process Outsourcing experience
  • Led and managed a team of more than 10
  • B2B Sales experience (more than 5 years)

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Bachelor degree in (Business, Finance, Economic or similar)
  • Required experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry or similar.
  • Proven experience in sales and brand promotion, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Strong leadership skills to drive and motivate the sales team effectively.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Creative mindset to innovate and implement effective sales and brand promotion initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behaviors.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.

Pay:
$55, $80,000.00 per year
