Director - Coordinated Entry System (CES)
(Families, Single Adults & Youth)
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES The Director - CES is responsible for on-going administration and oversight of Family, Single Adult & Youth CES in Service Planning Area 8 (SPA 8).
SPECIFIC DUTIES - Provide management assistance for external relationship-building and technical assistance provision.
- Provide training to new and existing CES participating agencies to ensure proper utilization of the standardized assessment and housing placement tools.
- Assist in building effective Coordinated Entry System for all homeless populations in SPA - Support building the capacity of nonprofit organizations throughout the region in order to enhance their ability to effectively and efficiently reduce homelessness in the region.
- Serve as primary agency representative for the Los Angeles City/County Homeless Initiatives. - Advise and manage local efforts to improve performance in key benchmarks of ending homelessness. - Cultivate necessary relationships with non-profit leadership, public agency staff, and community stakeholders. - Attend regular staff and agency meetings. Represent the agency/program in community meetings, as well as to potential donors and volunteersACCOUNTABILITY AND REVIEW Position reports to: Executive Director

$95, $115,000.00 per year
