Pine Belt Automotive is looking to fill immediate Call Center openings for motivated people to join our expanding Service Department Business Development Center in Toms River, NJ

As a BDC Representative you will utilize selling ability, computer skills, phone skills and positive attract repeat and new customers to our Nissan & Cadillac Service Departments.

• Answer incoming phone calls and schedule service appointments.
• Make outbound calls.
• Log in all customer comments.
• Schedule followup contact if no appointment is made.
• Confirm scheduled appointments.
• Reschedule nowshow customer appointments.
• Contact customers based on current marketing and service incentives
• Respond to customer website requests
• Ability to meet or exceed monthly goals.

Requires working some evenings and Saturdays.
