Provide capture leadership, driving comprehensive solutions to our clients' toughest challenges. Lead Sector-wide initiatives to provide structured win strategy support across all top Sector-level pursuits, institutionalizing the process, artifacts and best practices. Asist with building and representing a diverse team in creating, designing, and implementing win strategy practices to optimizing effective, competitive and winning proposals. Inspire, motivate, and develop diverse high-energy teams to excel through all phases of the capture process.

You Have:
-10+ years of experience with leading large or strategic capture initiatives including Fed-Civ or DoD and IC
-Experience in e nga ging with and operating at the senior executive levels with industry and Federal Civilian government clients
-Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations and acquisition practices in the Federal Civilian market space
Secret clearance
-Bachelor's degree in a computer science or engineering field
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with acquisitions and solutions in the Federal Civilian information te chn ology, cybersecurity and cloud mission and market areas
-Experience with A Shipley foundation in capture or business development practices preferred
-Bachelor's degree in a communications, engineering, or te chn ical field preferred
-Acquisition Training certifications preferred

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,100.00 to $250, annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
