• Coordinate transportation activities, including scheduling and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate recordkeeping of stock.
• Work closely with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to optimize logistics processes and reduce costs.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipments, orders, or inventory.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and vendors to ensure reliable and efficient logistics operations.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards in all logistics activities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies to support company objectives.
• Provide support and guidance to logistics team members as needed.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.

• Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software and tools, such as transportation management systems (TMS) and inventory management software.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends to improve logistics processes.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
