    Dynatrace, the global leader in Software Intelligence, is looking for a Senior CRM Program Manager to join our dynamic and motivated Sales Operations team.

    We need a smart, roll-up your sleeves type of individual who is willing to go the extra mile to support our growing sales team in the following capacities:

    Job Responsibilities

    Lead strategic projects supporting GTM vision for Sales organization

    Build and execute a vision for Salesforce to improve deal execution which drives increased efficiency for our Sales and supporting organizations

    Strategize end-state vision and implementation timeline for Salesforce CRM capabilities to support Dynatrace's rapid expansion

    Align with Business Systems leadership to define, prioritize and plan necessary SFDC improvements which drive a future state scalable vision, and coordinate with team to execute said priorities

    Develop working model with leadership from other Sales facing teams (finance, partner, sales enablement, etc) to ensure effective partnerships across our organizations

    Define best-in-class Sales focused processes built on SFDC functionalities that enable an effective multi-faceted SaaS business model

    Qualifications


    Minimum Qualifications:
    Minimum expectation of a Bachelor's Degree

    8+ years Sales Operations CRM experience required


    Preferred Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or similar field

    Experience in SaaS specific software and process requirements

    Sales Operations CRM experience with platform

    certification

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, effective leadership, and ability to guide all levels of the organization through a vision to execution

    Proven track record of leading organizations through significant software implementations

    Compensation and rewards

    The base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $140,000. When determining your salary, we consider your experience, skills and education, and work location.

    Our total compensation package includes unlimited personal time off, an employee stock purchase plan, and a reward system.

    We also offer medical/dental benefits, and a company matching 401(k) plan for retirement.
