Your Tasks

  • You support the HR service team with dedication and responsibility in all operational activities of human resources
  • You accompany our new employees in onboarding, create employment contracts, and support offboarding
  • You are available as a contact person for our employees
  • You support us in various HR projects in the areas of time tracking, payroll, and personnel management
  • You perform administrative tasks in our various HR software programs

Your Profile

  • You are enrolled at a university and want to apply your expertise from your studies (business administration, sociology, psychology, business management, or similar) with us
  • Ideally, you are willing to work 20 hours per week
  • You ideally have first experience in the HR field through internships
  • You have good German and English skills in spoken and written form
  • You are proficient in MS Office applications
  • Your profile is rounded off by strong communication skills, organizational ability, conscientiousness, and teamwork
