- Maintain various programs including recruiting, hiring, promotion, and termination processes
- Onboard new employees
- Ensure accurate payroll processing for hourly, salary and commission employees
- Accounting for employee pay and benefits
- Oversee employee records management and HRIS maintenance
- Employee relations
- Benefits administration
- Reconcile monthly employee benefit invoices and payroll schedules
- Implement HR policies and procedures that comply with labor laws and regulations
- Accounting background is highly preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion
- Must be able to work on-site at the dealership. This is NOT a remote position
- Ability to pass a drug screening
