ALTERNATIVE FIRE PROTECTION

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Installation of overhead wetpipe fire sprinkler systems
• Installation of underground fire lines and related apparatuses
• Installation of new Fire Sprinkler projects and complete systems on time and correctly
• Installation of new systems, retrofits, Tenant Improvements, and Residential Single Family Dwellings
• Emergency Service Calls
• Perform Final Test & Inspections with Local Fire Departments/AHJ's
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on and off site
• Interface successfully with General Contractors and End Users, along with internal Administration, Sales, and Management
• Ability to use a variety of hand tools, small power tools and pipe threading machines
• Extensive Comprehension of adopted NFPA 13 and local fire codes/regulations
• Must participate in Certification and Training Programs

Qualifications:

• Oral Communication Skills (English)
• Reliable transportation
• Five or more years' experience with fire sprinkler installations, retrofits and tenant improvements (Pay based on experience)
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A current and valid driver's license with clean driving record.

- customer oriented with good written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, work overhead, work on aerial lifts and work varied hours including on call.
• Must be able to work occasional nights, early morning and weekend shift when needed

Pay:
$ $40.00 per hour
