Sleep Dynamics is a premier sleep diagnostic and treatment center located in both Neptune City and Middletown, NJ.We are currently hiring for two fulltime medical receptionists to work with our sleep ambassador team to help handle patient volume for consultations OR our insurance verification and authorization department.
Job requirements:
- Must be available to work 8 AM to 4PM with flexibility to come in later if another shift needs coverage.
- Customer service in regards to handling capturing new patients, discussing insurances and benefits coverage, scheduling appointments, answering customer service questions
- Checking in and out patients through the day, handling copays and reviewing clinicial documentation
- Willing to learn insurance requirements for sleep testing / treatment
- Willing to learn CPAP usage, how to review data for CPAP machines, and contact DME companies to send orders and keep track of our patients being referred to them
- Work well in a team to share job responsibilities while maintaining accountability for your own workload (correcting errors, taking initiative, recognizing when to ask for help and when to offer help)
Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour
