WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Design and optimization of efficient procurement processes
  • Independent monitoring of inventory levels and demand determination, utilizing the inventory management system to its full potential
  • Handling of all purchasing processes, from inquiries to coordination and control of deliveries, to handling complaints
  • Interface between suppliers, logistics, and sales as a strategic and operational procurement
  • Conceptualization and strategic development of our business processes in the ERP system
  • Support for users in their daily work with the ERP system
  • Continuous maintenance of master and user data

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING?

  • Completed commercial training or business administration degree
  • First professional experience in purchasing or scheduling
  • Analytical and structured way of working
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and
