Description

Keystone Industries is currently seeking Chemical Mixers, Operators and Batchmakers for our rapidly growing Gibbstown, NJ location. Previous experience in a chemical, pharmaceutical or food production environment is desired. Mixing or Blending experience is preferred.

Available Shifts:

1st shift / 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, M-F

or

2nd shift / 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm, M-F

Essential Job Functions

Ability to read and fulfill work orders
Perform job tasks which may include assembly, packaging and production functions
Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of filled or packaged products.
Observes production and monitors equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
Record and maintain production data such as meter readings, quantities and types of materials.
Follow all company procedures relating to safety

Education/Certifications:

High School Diploma or GED

Physical Demands and Work Environment**:

Physical Demands:

Employee is required to walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop; bend; kneel and climb; and lift/move up to 50 lbs.

In addition, must be able to maneuver and move 30 to 55-gallon drums or up to 450 pounds utilizing proper drum material handling equipment and/or the proper techniques.

Work Environment:
Employee frequently works near moving mechanical equipment and chemicals and will be exposed to varying temperatures.
