If you have at least 5 years of experience in Learning & Development and have successfully implemented your developed concepts in practice, are familiar with conceptual thinking, analyzing target groups, identifying challenges and needs, and developing creative and effective solution strategies, and are skilled in designing, moderating, and conducting trainings and workshops, then we would love to have you on our team.

As a communication expert on all levels with project management skills, OKR experience, a good understanding, and familiarity with agile working methods, you will enjoy a versatile, creative, and highly responsible role in Talent Development.
