Job Summary:

As a Fine Jewelry Sales team member, your role entails delivering exceptional customer service in our Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex. You will be responsible for ensuring customers have a comfortable shopping experience, meeting sales targets, and fostering relationships through our loyalty programs. Your expertise in product knowledge will aid customers in making informed purchase decisions that align with their preferences and budget.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide product knowledge to drive sales
Offer personalized recommendations and suggest complementary products to enhance the shopping experience
Assist customers utilizing devices for shopping and comparisons
Help customers try on various watch models and adjust straps for a comfortable fit
Participate in continuous product training to stay updated on technology and vendor offerings
Utilize point of sale technology to facilitate sales and order fulfillment
Participate in sales events and assist in the fulfillment process, including packing and labeling
Maintain stock presentation, organization, and replenishment
Ensure compliance with asset protection procedures

Requirements:

Commitment to upholding diversity and inclusion values
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Strong interpersonal and adaptability skills
1-2 years of relevant experience

Essential Physical Requirements:

Stationary position, walking, and reaching
Reaching, crouching, kneeling, and color vision
Regular use of computers, handheld devices, and cash registers
Ability to lift items up to 25 lbs
