ResponsibilitiesKey Accountabilities:
* Lead a diverse group of Manufacturing Logistics Managers
* Oversee and direct operations
* Motivating Manager to perform at a high level.
* Manage budgets, develop presentations, and make presentations
* Communicate across all levels of the workforce
* Performs responsibilities requiring the integration of disciplines from more than one Materials Management and Transportation job family and applies independent, specialized technical expertise to support a wide range of business objectives.
* Activities include but are not limited to, the development, integration, implementation, and execution of multidisciplinary business processes.
* Works cross-functionally with internal and external customers and suppliers, employee levels to carry out responsibilities.
* Develop and coach the team to improve inventory accuracy, material inventory, and delivery to internal customers
* Lead warehousing, service procurement, tool cribs, 3rd party processing, transportation and more.
QualificationsRequired skills/experience:
* 5+ years of experience in management
* Knowledge of managing 3PLs, shipping, warehousing, receiving, and internal logistic functions
* Project Management experience
* Microsoft office
* Experience with SAP
Preferred Qualification:
* Logistics Management
