- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification Required. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR leadership role, preferably (but not required) within the logistics or freight brokerage industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business success.
- Experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Proficient in HRIS (preferably Bamboo) and Microsoft Office Suite.

You will lead a dedicated HR team and collaborate with various departments to ensure the organization's workforce is equipped to meet current and future business needs. You will play a key role in creating efficiency throughout the departments inclusive of tracking all HR Departments tasks to ensure efficiency.
