Baden-Baden Type of employment: Full-time Working hours: Hours per week Your responsibilities: * Independent execution of personnel administration, including creating employment contracts, references, and certificates * Management of personnel files and maintenance of digital personnel records * Point of contact for employees regarding questions about salary, vacation, sickness, etc.

* Support in creating job postings and conducting interviews * Collaboration with the HR team to ensure smooth personnel processes
