- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- Professional engineer's license in New York State
- Formal training in project management
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Certifications such as CQM, CCM, and/or ENV SP are a plus

The ideal candidate should possess over 10+ years of experience in planning, designing, and constructing wastewater systems, focusing on asset management, sanitary and stormwater pumping systems, combined sewer overflow systems, and/or general wastewater processes. Moreover, excellent attention to detail and strong technical leadership skills are key.
