Laboratory Worker (m/f/x) Partial Production 2 / R-230510

(Full-time / temporary / union) Application deadline:

Tasks

  • GMP-compliant cleaning and disinfection of critical, cleanroom-classified areas and equipment of cleanroom classes C to A
  • GMP-compliant cleaning, depyrogenation, sterilization of primary packaging materials and equipment, including assembly and disassembly of equipment combinations according to specifications
  • Monitoring compliance with stand times
  • Preparation of disinfectants in the appropriate concentration, sterilization filtration of disinfectants
  • Verification of required packaging materials and auxiliary substances (e.g. filters, sterile gloves, disinfectants) for accuracy and completeness, if necessary, assistance with reordering missing materials
  • Inspection of incoming components and correct assignment to the respective filling to avoid mixing or confusion
  • Performance of automated integrity tests, e.g. of sterile filters, tank systems, aseptic connector systems, etc.
  • Operation of forklifts
  • Participation in format changes on different machines for aseptic production (e.g. filling, freeze-d
