- Travel to project location, take detailed notes and photographs of site (3-4 days per week)
- Conducting interviews, in person, via email, and phone
- Ordering & analyzing government database records
- Performing regulatory agency file reviews
- Reviewing historical data (including topographic maps, Sanborn fire insurance maps, city directories, and aerial photographs)
- Drafting of a standardized report using information from these various sources
- Perform QA/QC to the satisfaction of both management and clients
- Completing requested revisions & submitting report within pre-established timelines
- Conducting field work to collect samples of potentially contaminated subsurface media (soil, groundwater, and soil vapor) and/or indoor air
- Compare analytical contaminant data collected to applicable regulatory standards

Trileaf serves the wireless communications, commercial real estate, financial, and petroleum industries from its headquarters in St. Louis, MO and multiple branch offices throughout the U.S.
Job Summary:
Trileaf is seeking a full-time, Project Scientist with at least 2 / 0-5 years of field experience conducting environmental due diligence work on commercial real estate projects, to include Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (Phase I ESAs) and Phase II ESAs. This position will be in our St. Louis, MO office.
