The Role
The Suites Coordinator is an hourly position focused on providing exceptional guest service to Suite Owners and Suites Administrators. With a keen eye for detail and strong multitasking skills, the Coordinator will support the Director of Premium in day-to-day operations and event coordination. Responsibilities include:
- Communication with suite holders/administrators
- Food and beverage sales
- Organization and maintenance of Tapin2 system
- Exceptional customer service

Responsibilities
The Suites Coordinator will:
- Coordinate information with Suite Owners/Administrators for an excellent game day experience
- Answer calls and emails promptly
- Possess extensive knowledge of food and beverage menu offerings
- Provide comprehensive information to Suite Owners/Administrators
- Update and maintain systems like Tapin2
- Maintain confidentiality of Suite Owner information
- Handle inquiries in a professional manner
- Efficiently enter orders into Tapin2
- Generate daily reports for back and front of the house
- Engage in up-selling professionally
- Address billing inquiries
- Compile and organize reports and data from various sources
- Respond independently to inquiries
- Maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts
- Prioritize work to meet deadlines with minimal guidance
- Ensure accurate data entry
- Maintain the Suites office and equipment
- Perform any other duties or projects as assigned
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:

- Capability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

- Capability to occasionally lift parcels up to 30 pounds
- Skilled in using computer workstations for extended periods
- Dexterity in fingers, hands, and wrists
- 1-3 years of Administrative Assistant experience
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with POS systems
- High School Diploma required, Associate degree preferred
