Job Summary
MediBril seeks an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor (RNSUP) to join our growing healthcare team.
This role is crucial for overseeing the delivery of high-quality nursing care, managing nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

- Oversee daytoday clinical operations and staff performance to ensure the highest level of care.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate unit policies, goals, and procedures.
- Conduct staff assessments, provide feedback, and implement development plans.
- Serve as a liaison between the nursing staff, physicians, and administration to facilitate communication and improve patient care.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as with organizational policies.
- Monitor resource utilization, including staff and supplies, to meet patient care needs effectively.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and implement actions as required.
- Assist in patient care planning, assessment, and documentation when needed.
- Handle patient and family concerns and facilitate resolutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards.
