YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Technical and managerial responsibility for a defined team area
  • Leadership, motivation and development of employees
  • Personnel planning
  • Ensuring production quality and adherence to deadlines
  • Identification and implementation of measures to optimize productivity, costs and quality
  • Participation in cross-functional projects for technology, productivity and cost optimization using lean management methods

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

  • Several years of experience in leading employees in a production facility
  • Skilled worker (m/f/d) with several years of production experience, further training as a master or technician in mechanical engineering advantageous
  • Knowledge and experience in the metal processing industry advantageous
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Initiative, independence and willingness to change
  • Assertiveness, communication skills and resilience
  • Willingness to work shifts
  • Knowledge of English advantageous
