As
Head of Classified Operations Munich (m/f/d) in Roseville, IA, you will be responsible for all contractually agreed services of our client on site and represent them to the management of Classified Operations.

You have personnel and professional leadership responsibility for the employees in accordance with the corporate leadership principles.

  • You are responsible for organizing the team, motivating employees, initiating training and development, and promoting talent
  • You manage and coordinate task completion and perform budget planning tasks
  • You cascade the overarching strategy into your own area and make conceptual contributions within the framework of crossfunctional strategic issues
  • You optimize the area of responsibility based on key figures, increase process efficiency, and represent the work results at a higher management level
  • You coordinate as a link between the operating teams, partners, and the client all relevant IT matters and requirements
  • You work closely with service management and sales

Profile:

You already have several years of professional experience with personnel leadership responsibility in the Classified environment. You have studied (preferably in the IT field) or have completed a vocational training with specialized additional training.

Furthermore, you have the following specialized knowledge and skills:

  • Expertise in IT frameworks and process landscapes
  • Good knowledge of operating systems and applications, as well as databases
  • Very good experience in skill management
  • Sound knowledge of budget and cost management
  • Extensive knowledge of agile methods
  • Strong communication skills and a confident appearance with clients.
