We are currently seeking a new addition to our team in Klamath Falls, OR.Full-time or part-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the telephone switchboard
- Correspondence, general written communication, and appointment coordination
- Assisting the management and team colleagues
- Supporting the accounting department, including debt collection
Qualifications:
- Experience as a secretary or office assistant
- Enjoy working with people and strong communication skills in both written and spoken language
- Team player
- Proficient in MS Office
