- Oversee and support multiple engagements and teams concurrently.
- Allocate responsibilities to staff auditors.
- Review team members' work for accuracy and compliance.
- Perform effective risk and control assessments.
- Complete audits on time and submit reports to shareholders.
- Present audit findings and find ways to increase compliance and efficiency.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or other relevant field.
- Previous experience with at least 2 years preferred.
- CPA license or on track to obtain a CPA license is a plus.
- Experience with PPC Smart and CCH ProSystem FX is a plus.
- Keen attention to detail and superior time management skills.

As an Experienced Financial Auditor you will work with clients in various industries such as construction, manufacturing, small business, healthcare, technology, non-profit and government. We are seeking individuals with all different levels of experience, including entry level. Successful candidates will be able to multi-task, demonstrate accounting and auditing knowledge, have professional communication skills and be able to think independently and problem-solve in our team-oriented environment.
We have a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 work from home days, of your choice with the exception of Wednesdays. Our team is together every Wednesday for firm meetings, events and team connectedness.
