Responsibilities:

Your mission:

You will lead our production department at our Assamstadt location (approximately 40 employees) both functionally and disciplinarily.
You will play an active leadership role in the continuous improvement process.
In your operational work, you will be supported by 5 team coordinators.
Key focuses include capacity and deployment planning, technical training, quality and deadline monitoring, and documentation of ongoing production orders.
You will also support adjacent departments in the development of production equipment and in troubleshooting production interruptions.

Qualifications:

WHAT YOU BRING:

You have extensive experience in personnel management across multiple hierarchy levels.
Ideally, you have previous experience in leading production teams in the (electro) technical field.
You work independently and resultsoriented, and never lose sight of the goal even in dynamic times.
You make decisions consistently or are happy to make them within your own area of responsibility.
