Your responsibilities

  • Ensuring 1st/2nd level support
  • Lifecycle management of various standard applications (support, updates)
  • Analysis of the impact of projects and changes in the application area on the workplace, and deriving necessary adjustments/measures
  • Implementation of required configurations (local system landscape and cloud)
  • Planning and conducting tests for adjustments/upgrades of the workplace
  • Contributing to compliance with IT security guidelines and defined standards for the workplace application and system landscape
  • Identifying and initiating continuous service improvements (e.g. automation, introduction of self-services, process optimization)

Your profile

  • Successfully completed training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification in the IT field
  • Experience with common workplace applications (e.g. Windows 10, Office 365) and application support
  • Structured approach to error analysis
