Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
• Scan and bag items for customers
• Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels
• Assist customers in finding products and answer their questions
• Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service

Experience:

• Previous experience as a cashier or in a retail setting is preferred but not required
• Basic math skills to handle cash transactions and provide accurate change
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Knowledge of retail math principles for calculating discounts, sales tax, etc.
• Experience with stock management and inventory control is a plus
• Technical sales experience or knowledge of electronic products is beneficial
• Jewelry sales experience is a plus

Skills:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and assist customers
• Proficient in cash handling procedures, including counting money and providing accurate change
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially if able to communicate with customers in different languages
