Duties and Responsibilities:_
Brand and Campaign Management
- Assist in the creation of promotional materials and presentations for both internal and external audiences.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to support marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing projects.
Content Creation and Social Media Coordination
- Manage and curate content for social media platforms and our website, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and strategic objectives
- Manage updates and content publication for the company website
- Develop content calendars for social media posts, podcasts, connection campaigns, etc.
- Coordinate podcast recordings, assisting with scheduling, guest preparation, production, editing, and publication
Event Coordination and Relationship Management
- Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events and manage program initiatives for partners and sponsors
- Coordinate logistics and materials for trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events
- Maintain relationships with referral sources, partners, sponsors, members, and clients and maintain CRM with updated notes, contact information, etc
QUALIFICATIONS:

- Required:_
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies and practices
- Intermediate to expert level of proficiency in Microsoft 365 and social media platforms
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, PremierePro)
- The desire to make a positive difference in people's lives and demonstrate values of Focus, Passion, Respect, Relationships, and Success
- Preferred:_
- Experience with web publishing platforms such as WordPress
- Prior experience or internships in marketing or related fields within the financial services sector

$42, $48,000.00 per year
