Duties and Responsibilities:_


Brand and Campaign Management

  • Assist in the creation of promotional materials and presentations for both internal and external audiences.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to support marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing projects.

Content Creation and Social Media Coordination

  • Manage and curate content for social media platforms and our website, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and strategic objectives
  • Manage updates and content publication for the company website
  • Develop content calendars for social media posts, podcasts, connection campaigns, etc.
  • Coordinate podcast recordings, assisting with scheduling, guest preparation, production, editing, and publication

Event Coordination and Relationship Management

  • Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events and manage program initiatives for partners and sponsors
  • Coordinate logistics and materials for trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events
  • Maintain relationships with referral sources, partners, sponsors, members, and clients and maintain CRM with updated notes, contact information, etc

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Required:_
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and practices
  • Intermediate to expert level of proficiency in Microsoft 365 and social media platforms
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, PremierePro)
  • The desire to make a positive difference in people's lives and demonstrate values of Focus, Passion, Respect, Relationships, and Success
  • Preferred:_
  • Experience with web publishing platforms such as WordPress
  • Prior experience or internships in marketing or related fields within the financial services sector

$42, $48,000.00 per year
