- Managerial Development Support: Develop standardized communication agendas and materials to aid in the managerial development of practice leaders. Provide ongoing support and training to ensure managers can effectively cascade information and engage their teams.
- Digital and Traditional Communication Channels: Oversee and optimize internal communication channels such as intranet, email, Microsoft Teams, and physical bulletin boards. Explore and integrate new technologies and platforms to foster an environment of continuous improvement and engagement.
- Collaboration and Alignment: Work closely with department heads and senior management to ensure communication strategies are aligned with business goals. Facilitate high-level meetings and workshops to ensure strategic alignment and clarity across the organization.
- Measurement and Reporting: Monitor the effectiveness of communication strategies and tools through metrics and feedback to continuously improve internal communications. Regularly report on progress to senior management and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a communications role, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience within healthcare or related industries.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective communication strategies within a complex organizational structure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) and familiar with digital communication tools and content management systems.

SUMMARY
The Communications Specialist at Ascend Plastic Surgery Partners will spearhead the development and implementation of an innovative internal communications strategy to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. This role requires a dynamic individual capable of creating structured communication frameworks, developing standard agendas for key roles, and cultivating a culture of collaboration and innovation across all levels of the organization.
