**Housekeeper Overnights- 3rd shift 11pm - 7:30 am (Full and Part Time Available)**
***- $11.75 p/hour, with additonal $1.00 p/hour paid by hospital for a starting wage of $12.75***

Varying schedule with rotating days off. Weekends are *MANDATORY*. Must be willing to work overtime (OT) based off of the needs of the facility.

**JOB SUMMARY:**
The General Housekeeper cleans assigned areas of the hospital to maintain an aseptic environment and to prevent healthcare-associated infection, using standard cleaning procedures and chemicals through the daily cleaning of assigned patient/non-patient areas and equipment according to a 7-Step cleaning process.
The General Hospital Housekeeper, will perform **General Cleaning of the Hospital, cleaning offices, common areas, lobbies/waiting areas, entrances/exits, patient rooms, restrooms, etc.**
All employees must demonstrate respect and regard for the dignity of all patients, families, visitors and fellow employees to ensure a professional, responsible, and courteous environment. All additional duties as directed by leadership.
**REQUIREMENTS****:**
Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
Must successfully pass a ***STRINGENT* criminal background check and drug screening**
Must complete and/or accept all required healthcare screenings and immunizations
High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
