For our Compliance & Fraud department, we are looking for you as a Compliance Officer - Emergency Management (BCM) (d/m/w) at our location in Cologne.

Your responsibilities:

Coordination and further development of Business Continuity Management
Conducting Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and creating emergency and recovery plans
Investigation of relevant incidents, prioritization, and implementation of necessary measures (IS Incident Management)
Support and advice for employees on regulatory and compliancerelated issues in the area of Business Continuity Management (BCM) according to MaRisk AT 7.2/7.3 in connection with ISO 2700x
Coordination of the identification of BCMrelevant processes and IT services of SozialBank and its subsidiaries
Identification, analysis, and communication of new national and international legal requirements in the area of BCM
Accompanying internal and external audits, as well as planning and conducting trainings

Your qualifications:

Successfully completed degree in information technology or business administration or equivalent education
Several years of professional experience in the area of corporate/group security in a credit institution
Indepth knowledge of emergency planning, crisis management, Business Continuity Management, ISO 22301, ISO 2700
Very good knowledge of IT processes in the banking sector
Proactive, reliable, and resultsoriented with analytical thinking and strategic action
