- Formulates and follows a comprehensive plan of care
- Performs admission assessments and documents findings
- Initiates and modifies care plans based on patient condition changes
- Provides education and discharge instructions
- Performs basic and specialized nursing skills
- Operates life support equipment
- Responds to emergencies
- Manages catheters/PICC lines
- Provides rehabilitative care
- Completes assignments and documentation
- Assists with various tasks as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
- Ability to push/pull up to 200 lbs.

Summary of Duties:
Registered Nurse - RN will provide direct care to adult and geriatric patients, focusing on safe, efficient, and therapeutically effective nursing care tailored to individual patient needs.
Education:
Graduation from an accredited nursing school and Registered Nurse - RN license in Alabama.
Experience:
At least two years of critical care nursing experience preferred.
