  • A highly motivated and fast learning Executive Admin who thrives in a fastpaced environment. Will perform several different administrative and office support duties to the CEO. The person in this role must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be collaborative in their working style, develop strong and trusting relationships with colleagues, and possess the ability to create and maintain a team culture with a commitment to unparalleled support services. The Execitive Admin will be wellversed in procedures and policies and will be able to actively discover new ways to do the job more efficiently.

POSITION DUTIES:


  • Act as of the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external clients.
  • Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, and take messages.
  • Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders.
  • Make travel arrangements.
  • Monitor office supplies.
  • Coordinate report progress.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • High school degree or equivalent required
  • 3+ years experience
  • Positive and cando attitude.
  • Flexible and can prioritize tasks as they come in.
  • Willing to learn and adapt to changes quickly.
  • Proven experience as a backoffice assistant, office assistant, virtual assistant or in another relevant administrative role.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problemsolving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office 36
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • A team player with leadership skills
  • Excellent, proactive customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities and problemsolving skills

Language:


  • English

Physical Requirements:


  • Occasional lifting upto 20 lbs.
  • Must be able to work in a climatecontrolled office environment.
  • Ability to read and write in English to process paperwork and follow up on any actions necessary.
  • Sitting for extended periods.
  • Manual dexterity needed for keyboarding and other repetitive tasks.
